Hello, if you are new to workout it can be a little intimidating if you are unsure exactly where to start. I usually say anything that can break a decent sweat is a step in the right direction. Even a basic walk in the park is a great way for someone who is new to workout to start.

Disclaimer: I must warn you that exercise is inherently strenuous to the body, and it is important to get the ok from your doctor or physician before trying anything new.

Once you get the ok from your doctor proceed on your journey of a healthy lifestyle. Here is one of my videos for those who are just getting started. Remember less is more. This is not a sprint. Make it a lifestyle change. Challenging is good, but you do not want to overdo it. This process is suppose to be fun, so make sure to enjoy the ride.

    I really enjoyed your article and video. I think it’s super important that you remind everyone that fitness is a lifestyle change and not a sprint. People often forget that when they start working out.

    Your beginner workout is basic, which is good! You go through the core exercises that often comprise more complex workouts, allowing your viewers to build up from the basics.

    I also think it’s great that you kept the workout short. Many people start out big and end up giving up because they’ve overdone it. You’re showing them that it is ok to start out slow and small!
